If you want to change your life,
you have to change your life.
Sounds logical, doesn’t it?
But very few people manage to truly change their lives on their own.
And I mean for the better.
Not toward greater success, but toward more contentment, happiness, and peace of mind.
Why is that?
First, there’s one important thing to understand.
And that is:
Your brain didn’t evolve to make you happy.
Evolution programmed your brain to unconsciously do everything it can to survive and pass on your genes.
That’s good for you as a living being, but not so good for you as a human being seeking a happy life.
That’s why, as living beings, we don’t really like change.
Change always involves uncertainty and potential danger.
And as living beings, we try to avoid that.
That’s why, unconsciously, we often prefer to remain in our suffering rather than give our lives a new direction.
You want a different life.
But you get up at the same time every morning.
Do the same things.
Think the same thoughts.
Meet the same people.
React in the same way.
Have the same fears.
Make the same decisions over and over again.
And still hope that someday something will change.
You can’t keep living your old life and hope for a new one at the same time.
Sometimes a twist of fate changes our lives from one moment to the next.
Then change is forced upon us, and we can’t choose the direction it takes.
But you don’t have to wait for something drastic to happen before your life changes.
You can start yourself.
Today!
Now!
For me, yoga – and Naked Yoga in particular – is a wonderful way to do that.
You learn to let go.
Of old thoughts and feelings that may no longer serve you.
You learn to see yourself, other people, and the world around you from a different perspective.
You learn that you are the one who gives things their meaning.
That your mind is constantly telling you stories that you have learned to believe.
Stories you now consider to be true.
But stories you can also rewrite.
With Naked Yoga, this becomes especially clear, and that’s why it can be so powerful.
Sometimes it takes a little courage to get completely naked.
To show yourself as you are.
To consciously do things differently for once.
Because if you really want to change your life, you have to change your life – and what you usually do.
Do one thing differently today.
Just one.
Something you normally wouldn’t do.
And see what happens.
If you want to change your life, you have to change your life.
Not tomorrow.
Not someday.
Today.
Take off your clothes. Set yourself free.
Let go.
I’ll help you along the way.
Yours,
Elke 😘
