If you want to reach a goal, you should never do that.

Change is not easy.

And sometimes it feels as if nothing at all is happening.

That is how it is in yoga, in naked yoga — and in life.

Success and transformation rarely unfold the way we wish.

Not in a straight upward line.

Most of the time, it is more like an ice hockey stick lying on the ground:

For a long time, nothing seems to happen —
and then suddenly everything moves very quickly.

Yoga wants to help us cope better with ourselves and with life.

This is not a fast or comfortable path.

Most people do not fail at the beginning,
but because they do not stay consistent.

In naked yoga, you learn the path back to yourself.

First, you free yourself from your clothes and your outer layers.

Then from your habitual thoughts and feelings.

And eventually, you become free to become a new person.

Free from your past.
Free from your idea of the future.

Most people do not fail at the beginning,
but because they practice and do not see immediate visible success.

If you belong to that kind of person, then remember the words of the Danish-American journalist and social reformer Jakob Riis:

“When nothing seemed to help, I went to watch a stone cutter hammering at his rock, perhaps a hundred times without as much as a crack showing in it. Yet at the hundred-and-first blow it split in two, and I knew it was not the last blow that did it, but all that had gone before.”

Key takeaway
If you want to achieve something, you must not give up.

Your stone will split as well.

And then you will be freer than ever before.

And when your mind says:
“It’s useless.”

Remember the stone cutter.

You never know which strike will be the hundred-and-first.

Stay with it. I´ll help you.

Yours,
Elke😊
