Our mind can get stuck in a loop of worrying about supposed problems, problems whose reality we successfully convince ourselves of.
This pulls us away from happiness.
Constant worrying is a very common form of mental suffering.
There is only one moment in which worries dissolve: NOW.
When we worry, we think about a future created from our past.
Yet the past is gone; you cannot change it.
And the future never truly exists, because the moment it arrives, it is always Now.
The only moment in which you can act, feel, live, and transform your life is now.
In Naked Yoga, we learn to arrive in this special state of presence.
When you let everything go — your layers, masks, and clothing — and sense only yourself and your breath.
Without hope, without thoughts, without wishes, without fear, pure, simple being, in the Now.
And this state gives you safety.
Trust.
In yourself. And in life.
