I Want to Be Happy.
Many people long for a happier, freer and more fulfilling life.
They believe that the big things have to change first.
So they wait, hope and pray – sometimes for their entire lives.
But real change usually happens in a very different way.
Not through one giant leap.
But through many small steps.
A giant leap requires a lot of effort.
Small steps, on the other hand, are easy to take.
And that is exactly why they are so often underestimated.
Our minds love big changes.
We believe:
Big problems need big solutions.
Small things seem too insignificant to matter.
Yet almost every great transformation happens in exactly this way.
One day at the gym changes very little.
But:
- 20 minutes of movement each day
- reading 10 pages
- 5 minutes of meditation
- a kind word
- one conscious breath
Day by day.
Week by week.
Year by year.
These small actions create an enormous effect.
A drop of water does not wear away a stone by force, but through constant falling.
The Biggest Trap
In the beginning, it seems that nothing is changing.
And this is exactly where many people give up.
For a long time, nothing appears to happen.
But nature teaches us something different.
Think of bamboo.
For years, there is almost no visible growth.
Yet beneath the ground, it is developing a powerful root system.
And when the time is right, it can grow several meters within just a few weeks.
Many people give up shortly before reaching this point.
A Small Change of Course – A Big Difference
Imagine you are planning a voyage from Hamburg to New York.
Set your course to 270 degrees and you may arrive in New York.
Set it to 269 degrees and you could end up much farther south – perhaps in the Caribbean.
Just one degree of difference.
Yet a completely different destination.
Life works in much the same way.
Even the smallest change in direction can lead to profound changes over time.
So, what are you waiting for?
Start today.
Set yourself free.
Travel lightly.
And take your journey one step at a time.
Yoga and Naked Yoga can be wonderful companions along the way.
I am here to help you.
Love,
Your Elke ❤️
