The answer was very simple and logical — yet for some people quite surprising.
The data of many centenarians from the “blue zones” were analyzed — regions where especially many elderly people live.
The result:
It is not nutrition or a special diet.
It is not a lot of exercise and movement.
It is not the genes.
The decisive factor in becoming healthy and old is:

Everything else is secondary.
You can eat healthy food, exercise regularly and not smoke if you are permanently under stress, you will not grow old.
