One day, he realized that everything he had believed to be his life was nothing more than an illusion.
The life he had been living for so many years was, in reality, nothing but an elaborate hallucination.
Long ago, humanity lost a war against the very machines it had created.
To keep people under control, the machines built a program.
The Matrix.
In the famous red pill scene, Morpheus gives Neo a choice:
Remain in the illusion.
Or awaken to reality.
He says:
"You were born into bondage, just like everyone else.
Born into a prison that you cannot smell, taste, or touch.
A prison for your mind."
And then:
Morpheus offers Neo two pills.
The blue pill allows him to return to his familiar dream.
The red pill shatters the illusion.
Neo chooses the red pill.
What about you?
Which pill would you choose?
Naked Yoga can be a red pill like that.
An invitation to see through your own illusions.
You believed:
I'm too fat.
I'm too ugly.
I'm not good enough.
I don't measure up.
But those were only thoughts.
Not reality.
When you practise naked—
free from clothing,
free from roles,
free from expectations,
free from the image
you have carried of yourself for so many years—
something remarkable can happen.
You begin to realize:
I am not my thoughts.
I am not my fears.
I am not the story I keep telling myself.
I am free.
😀
