2 abdominal exercises for the deep abdominal muscles

A six-pack is good - training the deep abdominal muscles is better! I'll show you how to do this with two super effective exercises in the video.

The problem is, you think too much.

Attention:

For all you clever, intelligent, studied, well-educated and obsessive thinkers among you, today is going to be a bitter day.

Because it's not what you think.

To put it bluntly: they've taken the piss out of you.

Or at least they haven't told you the whole truth. In her favor, let's assume that she didn't know any better herself.

Your parents, teachers, trainers.

All those who tried to teach you how life works in your childhood and youth.

They showed you how to be successful, but not how to be happy. Happy in the sense of being inwardly free and content. To face life and what happens to you in life calmly and positively.

Lust for life instead of frustration.

Our brain only accounts for two percent of our body weight, but it consumes twenty percent of our energy.

What have they taught us: to think properly. To think a lot, to analyze the past and plan the future.

Thinking, brooding, worrying - from morning to night.

It all takes a lot of energy.

It makes you tired and exhausted. And doesn't let you fall asleep at night.

What they haven't told you is how you manage not to think.

You suffer from your thoughts (and the feelings associated with them) and can't turn them off.

Because no one has shown you how to do it.

A car can be very useful for getting from A to B.

When you get your driver's license, you learn how to use the car.

You learn how to start it, how to drive it - and how to park it and turn it off again when you no longer need it.

It is good and useful to think in certain situations, to reflect.

But what if you can't stop thinking at all or, even worse, you suffer from your thoughts?

Then you have a problem because no one has shown you how to stop thinking.

And you won't solve your problem (which is caused by your thinking) by thinking.

Maybe you're thinking now: Is it even possible not to think?

The good news is: yes, of course.

We all know moments of not thinking. For example, when you are simply lost in thought as you watch a sunset. We know such moments in nature, in silence.

They are moments of peace, of happiness. Moments when everything is just right as it is. No desires, no wishes - just simply being.

Do you want more energy, serenity and zest for life? More happiness and contentment in life?

Then learn to perceive without thinking, evaluating and analyzing.
