Today I will show you how to perform the inclined plane in yoga correctly and - more importantly - how to adapt it to your individual physical requirements.
From outer and inner houses

We all live in two worlds - always.
The objective world of appearance and the subjective world of our spirit.
You could also say the outer and inner house of our soul.
It is advisable to familiarize yourself thoroughly with these two houses.
Everything you see on the outside, for example the blue sky, the green water, the red flowers, is not reality, but the manifestation of reality.
Everything outside is just that. Only you give them a meaning. For example, good, bad, beautiful or terrible.
Your body is also part of the outside world. A form of appearance.
Everything in the outside world, as well as in your inner house, is subject to the universal law, which is:
Something comes into being, stays for a while, decays and disappears.
So does your body.
But what about our inner house?
What is this inner house? What is it made of?
To get to know the house in which you live permanently, you only need to close your eyes for a moment.
The inner house is made of thoughts, dreams and mental images.
Just as your physical body lives in the outer house, you (your soul) live in the inner house.
And the inner house is just as impermanent as the outer house
Everyone lives in an outer and an inner house.
Some people who live in magnificent and precious outer houses only have a poor inner house, a simple, poor hut that collapses at the first storm.
And then there are the others who have a wonderful inner house. Adorned with precious stones and gold. It is flooded with light and radiates peace and contentment.
Which house would you like to live in?
Think about which inner house you live in. Do you know the entrance? Do you know the exit? Do you know how many rooms it has?
If you are lost in your inner house, it is good to know exactly where you are. This is important for your whole life.
You live in this house 24/7.
Perhaps you would now like to know how you can find out more about your inner house or how you can set up such a great and cozy inner house for yourself.
Naked yoga shows you exactly that.
The way inwards.
First undress completely. Let go of all outer layers.
And then let go of the shape and characteristics of your outer body.
Now you can start exploring your inner house, perhaps throwing out some old furniture and replacing it with new, fresh ones.
I will help you with this
