Today's video is about healthy joints and what is necessary to maintain them.
Happiness begins when you share it

Naked. Honest. Happy – your experiment for this week
Why happiness grows when we share it – and how Naked Yoga helps you along the way.
Happiness begins when you share it
All human beings want to be happy.
You. Me. Everyone around us.
Even those you can hardly stand.
Yet the more we focus only on our own happiness, the harder it seems to truly find it.
Because when the “I” is always at the center – I want, I need, I must be happy – we move further away from the happiness that already lives within us.
So what if we turned the perspective around?
Not asking: How can I be happy?
But: How can I make others happy?
Because one thing is certain:
What gives life meaning is not the endless chase for our own happiness – but the task of bringing happiness to others.
A small experiment
Start today by making at least one person a little happier every single day.
With a smile.
With an honest word.
With a moment of true attention.
And as you do this, you’ll notice:
It makes you happier too.
Because joy always flows back.
And what does this have to do with Naked Yoga?
Naked Yoga keeps reminding us how little we actually need to be happy.
It dissolves the heavy “I.”
The masks, the roles, the layers.
It reveals us as we really are.
Just as you free yourself from clothing on the mat, you can also free yourself in daily life – from the constant “me, me, me” – and instead recognize that others are also searching for happiness.
Your task for the week
Remember: Every human being wants to be happy – just like you.
Give at least one person each day a moment of joy.
Reflect in the evening: How has this changed me?
Because happiness doesn’t grow when we try to hold it tight.
Happiness grows when we give it away.
