Today, I'll show you some wonderful exercises you can do in bed right after waking up. They're the perfect way to start your day.

Wake up ...

Waking up is not just about opening your eyes in the morning.
It’s about nothing less than your whole life.

Yoga helps you wake up from the world you’ve built in your own mind.
It wants to free you from the suffering you’ve created for yourself.

Maybe you think: “But I’m not suffering. I have fun and enjoy life.” Sure. But for how long?
Pleasure is like a snowflake falling into water – beautiful for a moment, then gone forever.

And there is a kind of suffering that belongs to life: aging, illness, and death.

If you build your life only on pleasure, you step into a hamster wheel – chasing the next kick, the next distraction – and lose yourself on the way to real freedom and true joy.

True happiness can only be found within. For that, you need to wake up – and let go.
Let go of thoughts and ideas you keep dragging with you.
Like the belief that “right now is not enough.”

The truth is: the conditions you have right now are enough to practice, to grow, and to experience deep inner joy.
You don’t need different circumstances.

Many people waste their entire life waiting for the “right” moment.
The truth is: that moment will never come.
We only ever have the present – and that is all.

And this present moment is always enough. Whether you have two legs or one, whether you’re healthy or in pain, whether your day is free or filled with tasks – what matters is how you meet these conditions.

This is what Yoga is about:
To recognize, to wake up, to be free.
And for this, we need to learn how to let go.

Naked Yoga helps you with that.

When you practice naked, you let go immediately – of clothes, of masks, of roles.
You wake up to what remains: your body, your breath, your mind.
All the unnecessary falls away. What matters stays.

That’s what waking up means:
Not waiting for perfect conditions, but realizing that you already have everything you need to be free.
