Feel the power. Wake up. Get in touch with your body.
Body and mind are not separate worlds—they are one.
What you think moves your body.
And what you do with your body changes your mind.
This workout is not a time killer. It is an energy key.
Short. Crisp. Clear.
Ideal if you have little time – but want to do a lot for yourself.
Your body will thank you. And your mind too.
What you believe becomes your life. End.

Nancy Etcoff conducted an interesting experiment in the 1980s.
The scar experiment.
The participants were given a professionally applied “disfiguring” feature on their face (e.g., a scar or burn using theatrical makeup).
They were shown their own image in a mirror so that they could see the disfigurement.
Then they were asked to go out among people.
What they were not told was that, under a pretext (we need to touch up the makeup), the scar was completely removed.
So the participants went out among people assuming they were disfigured—even though their faces actually looked completely normal.
You can probably guess what happened.
That's right. After interacting with other people, almost all of the participants reported receiving unpleasant looks or hostile behavior.
Now, please take a moment to think about this...
What scars, what inner beliefs do you carry around with you?
I'm not good enough, beautiful enough, or smart enough.
Nobody likes me.
I can't do that.
Life is difficult.
I don't have it easy.
I am sick, old, or weak.
I don't like other people.
I am afraid of the future.
Etc.
What is the key insight?
What you believe and have internalized becomes your future.
What you believe becomes your life. End.
Welcome to the vicious circle.
Your thoughts act like a filter through which you unconsciously interpret every interaction.
You may now be wondering what all this has to do with yoga and naked yoga?
A lot.
Because most of us carry such invisible “scars” around with us.
Small or big stories about our own bodies, ourselves, and life that have become deeply ingrained in our thinking.
We go out into the world with these inner scars—and suddenly we see confirmation everywhere.
I knew it, I always said so.
In yoga and naked yoga, you learn to let go of these old stories.
To show yourself to life naked, open, in the sense of unbiased.
Then you realize how wonderful life can be.
When you change your thoughts, you change your life.
End.
I'll help you with that. 😊
