This week: The Yoga Camel – Open Your Heart in Ustrasana
In my new weekly video, I show you the backbend Ustrasana – also known as the “Camel.” This powerful heart-opening asana stretches the entire front of your body, strengthens your back and buttocks, and can help release emotional blockages.
This pose has a special effect, especially in naked yoga: you feel the expansiveness in your chest, the grounding in your knees – and the deep confidence to show your whole self.
In the video, I explain step by step how to get into this position safely and consciously, what to pay attention to, and how you can adapt it to suit you individually.
Join in—and experience how liberating it is to open your heart. Completely. Naked. Yourself. 🥰
Where are you going in life?

Do you know that feeling when you wake up in the morning and don't know why you're actually getting up?
Welcome to the club!
The question is:
Where are you actually going—in yoga and in life in general?
What is the real goal of yoga?
Yoga is calming the thoughts in the mind.
Then the seer sees his true self.
Two important phrases in yoga, but what exactly do they mean? And above all, how can they help us?
Life is not the problem, but how you think about it.
The supposed problems always start in the mind.
And that is exactly where they are eliminated.
Remember:
You cannot solve problems that have their roots inside you by looking outside.
The main problem for most people: their thoughts won't settle down.
They have a life of their own, doing whatever they want.
A lack of orientation is one reason.
Imagine you are sailing across the sea. No horizon. No compass. Only fog.
You can see a meter ahead. Maybe two.
That's what life without orientation feels like.
And with orientation, peace, security, and clarity also disappear.
How do you find orientation in life again?
With values.
Values such as: love. Freedom. Adventure.
They are your inner compass.
And life begins—exactly—where you have new experiences.
Doing and thinking the same thing over and over again always brings the same results.
If you want to grow, you have to dare to try new things.
In the four areas of friends/family, education/travel, career, sports/hobbies.
Ask yourself:
Where and how can you have new experiences in these areas that correspond to your values?
And then do them. Now. Start living!
Naked yoga helps you do this.
Why? It's simple:
Because naked yoga breaks you out of your habits.
It brings new things to light.
You stand there as you are. Without a mask. Without a facade.
You feel your body directly, unadulterated.
You learn to feel yourself again. And to accept yourself.
Not later. Not sometime. Now. In this moment.
You become soft, open, present. And suddenly there is no more fog.
Instead, there is clarity. Calm. Truth.
And when you learn to calm your thoughts, you suddenly realize who you really are.
Lovable, unique, and valuable.
