What to do about a swollen face and naked yoga mobility move for morning stiffness

by  Elke

Today, in my video, I'll show you a great exercise for reducing facial swelling and then a small but very effective mobility move for morning stiffness 😉

Fly, little butterfly...

The Butterfly and the Invisible Glass 🦋

Once upon a time, a butterfly lived inside a great crystal vessel.
The glass was so flawlessly clear that he never truly saw its edges.
He danced from blossom to blossom, sipped the sweetness of nectar, and rested in the golden warmth of the light.

Yet slowly, a whisper of unease began to stir within him.
No matter how he tried, he could never fly beyond a certain point.
Some days felt so heavy that his wings refused to rise.

And still… there were moments.
Moments when the sun’s rays struck the glass at a secret angle.
Moments when a tender breeze curled in from somewhere beyond.
In those moments, he felt a longing — an aching certainty: There is more.

Then, one day, the glass broke.
The sound was both terrifying and beautiful.
The butterfly froze for a breath…
and then, with a trembling heart, spread his wings.

He rose into a sky without walls, without end.
The wind carried him higher, the sun kissed his wings, and he understood:
This has always been my true home.

And we humans?
So many live as that butterfly did — inside invisible glass.
Our prison walls are woven from worries, pain, and the cramped corridors of daily life.
We mistake our body, our thoughts, and our fears for the whole truth.
But the glass is not real.
It is made of old stories, of shame and self-judgment, of everything we were told we are supposed to be.

Naked yoga can be the first fracture in that glass.
Not just a curious thrill. Not just a bold act.
But a return — layer by layer — to your true self.
You breathe. You move. You shed not only your clothes, but every mask, every false identity, every invisible chain.

And then, like the butterfly, you feel it:
You were never truly trapped.
Your wings were always there.
The glass was never real.

Now…
Fly into the open sky, little butterfly — straight into the light.
I will guide you there. 😊
