Today I'm going to show you some really simple exercises that you can do every day to strengthen your back. Remember: a strong back knows no pain! You only need 5 minutes.
Are you still on the island?

Let's start with one of the most difficult questions:
Where do you see yourself in 10 years' time?
Imagine you've been sitting on a tiny island for many years, with no escape.
No great opportunities, no variety, nothing new.
Every day is dreary, just like the next.
Maybe you've gotten used to it all, but does it make you happy?
Hardly.
The question of where you see yourself in 10 years' time couldn't be much worse in a situation like this.
What's going to happen? It seems impossible to change anything.
But don't worry, this is where yoga comes in.
Your salvation!
Yoga is always the path to freedom, otherwise it's not yoga, it's business or something else.
With yoga, you can leave your small, familiar but bleak and limiting island.
You can set off into freedom and happiness.
No matter how long you've been stuck on your island and how desperate and hopeless your situation seems to you.
It is never too late.
Yoga opens your eyes.
Because you've had problems and difficulties in your life for ages, you take the way you live for granted.
You no longer realize that you have the opportunity to free yourself from the life you have long since grown tired of.
To become a new person.
You live like a beggar with a treasure buried under his hut. But since you know nothing about the treasure, you remain poor and far below your means, even though you are actually rich.
Change is always possible.
The special thing about yoga is that it changes and transforms you internally. We can consciously change our thoughts and experiences. (If we have a good plan, a step-by-step guide).
Yoga starts on the outside, with your body, and works inwards.
It is good for your body and changes you internally.
If you change your thinking, your whole life will change.
Think about how powerful you really are.
There's just one catch:
The desire alone is not enough, you also have to take action and get into action.
What do you need to do?
- Practice and practise yoga regularly (preferably every day).
Get regular inspiration and motivation -> register in the member area - Let go of familiar things and venture into new and unknown situations.
