In this video, I show you a simple but very effective exercise that combines an exercise for your core with a backbend. So you kill two birds with one stone 😀
Wake up! Your thinking is holding you in prison.

Don't make this mistake - your brain is messing with you!
Watch this video and you'll know why.

You think you see the world as it is? Haha, nice try! In fact, you only see what your brain shows you - and that's not necessarily the truth.
Your thinking apparatus is a great survival machine, but unfortunately a pretty lousy luck machine.
Here's a little thought experiment: What do you see when you look in the mirror?
The real you? Or just the sum of old beliefs, self-doubt and weird ideas about yourself?
Our brain works like this: it takes experiences from the past, mixes them with expectations and serves us a vision of the future. The result? The same old mental mash. Zack - welcome to your own matrix!
But wait a minute: how are you going to solve a problem with the same thinking that created it? Exactly. Albert Einstein was right about that. More thinking doesn't get you out of the hamster wheel, it just makes you pedal even faster.
Never trust your mind!
The aim of yoga is not to master the balancing act or bend yourself like a pretzel. It's about calming your thoughts. Because when that happens, you finally see clearly - and not just yourself, but life as it really is.
But hey, I hear you! That sounds easier said than done. In the end, we have learned to believe in our thoughts as if they were set in stone. But that's where the trap lies: your thoughts aren't the truth - they're just old stories that your brain keeps telling you.
Do you want more joie de vivre? More serenity? Then stop blindly believing everything your head whispers to you. Learn to take a step back, observe your thoughts and feelings - and then casually move past them with a shrug of the shoulders.
And now the turbo tip: naked yoga! Why? Because it immediately takes you out of your head and into your body. No more hiding behind clothes and conventions. No room for old beliefs. Just you, your breath, your movement - and the freedom to finally let go.
So, get off the thought carousel and into your real life!
I'll help you with that!
All my love
Your Elke
