Simple exercises for more inner leg and core strength.
In this video I show you how you can achieve this with just a few exercises and in just 5 - 10 minutes.
Few people want to hear it!

Next year, everything will be different the same again.
The old year is slowly coming to an end.
And like every year, the good wishes and intentions come up.
Next year, everything will be different and better.
More sport, healthier or less food, less stress.
But more joy in life.
Contentment and inner happiness.
How nice it would be if I finally had that.
I should, must and will ....
The problem is:
Most people always go into the New Year with good wishes and resolutions and then ... exactly.....
nothing at all.
At least nothing significant.
Over and over again.
There are reasons for this.
The truth that most people simply don't want to hear is this:
If you want to change your life, you have to change your thinking.
Profound change on the outside only happens when change has happened on the inside.
That is the “bitter” truth.
But instead of realizing this, everyone tries to change their lives over and over again in external things.
More sport, less food, more free time, less work, more fun, less work, earning more money, more vacation. New car, new girlfriend, new job...
Can't work like that.
If you work on external things, you'll never finish.
Something will always be too much, too little or just not right.
It's better to start working on your mind.
Your future lies in your expectations.
Do you know the nocebo effect?
This is the “evil twin” of the placebo 🙂
The word “nocebo” comes from Latin and means “I will harm”
In contrast to the word “placebo”, which is associated with positive expectations.
Both effects have been very well studied scientifically.
We experience something positive, are healed, just because we believe in it. (placebo effect)
And we only experience the side effects of medication because we have read the package insert and believe in it. (nocebo effect).
Practical example:
You get an anesthetic injection.
If the doctor says to you beforehand: “It's like a bee sting” or “... the worst part...”, the injection will be much more painful than if he had said: “The injection will help you feel comfortable during the treatment.”
The truth is:
Your expectations determine your future.
What matters is how you think about yourself and things in general.
Why change is difficult for most people.
Most fail because of two facts they don't want to hear:
First:
YOU are responsible for your life.
YOU are responsible for how your life turns out.
Not the stupid people around you who just don't understand you.
Not your boss, your life partner or the size of your bank account.
Not the corrupt politicians or your parents who failed to give you love and self-confidence in your childhood.
And secondly:
It is not life or what happens to you that matters, but the way you think about it.
Your thoughts, your expectations determine your life.
