Perhaps you are sitting in your living room or kitchen right now, reading this text.
What would you say if I asked you what you would rather be doing right now? What would you change right now if you could?
If you can't think of anything and you're completely happy the way things are right now.

You've won life's lottery of happiness.

But what if you can think of umpteen things you'd rather be doing right now?
For example, like me, enjoying the sun and warmth in Thailand:)
You can probably think of lots of reasons why that's not possible for you right now.
No time, no more vacation, no money, etc.
The truth is:
It would of course be possible, i.e. it's not impossible.
You would just have to quit your job or overdraw your account.
Ok, admittedly, that would be pretty extreme.
But my point is this:
Most things are possible.
We just have to be prepared to pay the price.
The truth is that you always pay a price for what you do or don't do.
You have to be aware of that.
Unconsciously, we always compare prices when we do or don't do something.
What does it cost to lead a different life? What does it cost to leave your partner? What does it cost to quit your job and live in another country?
Unconsciously, we weigh up all the pros and cons and then come to a conclusion.
And the result is what we do or don't do.
Once you are aware of all this, you can come to a fundamentally different attitude towards your life.
You are not helplessly at the mercy of life, but can actively shape it.
You have unimagined possibilities.
So if you feel like you're treading water, stuck in a hamster wheel, unable to get out of your skin, there's only one thing to do:
Get active!

A good first step is:
Just do things differently.
Take yoga, for example.
Stand in front of a mirror and strip completely naked.
And then do yoga.
