How to end suffering in life!

Life is suffering.
That is the first and most important message in Buddhism.
Doesn't sound so great, does it?
Don't worry, there's more.
There are reasons for this and, more importantly, a way out of suffering.
Let's take a closer look at this.
The word “suffering” has a terribly pessimistic ring to it. A better translation would be “toil or labor”.
Because, of course, life is not all bad. We also experience wonderful moments time and again when we are doing well and everything seems to be fine.
The problem is the constant ups and downs.
It's like being on a rollercoaster.
It's fun to ride a rollercoaster sometimes, but what if you had to do it all your life?
Most people think of suffering as something like a stomach ache, toothache, mental anguish or something like that.
Suffering in Buddhism is the realization that everything is changeable, that things never stay the way they are.
You suffer because you want a good life and believe you can achieve it on the outside.
If you try to achieve happiness and contentment on the outside, it's like reproaching a mirror because you look tired.
You suffer because you have the feeling that your life is not as beautiful as you would like it to be.
But that's part of life. And it won't last forever, because everything is always changing.
You end your suffering when you accept this.
There is no happiness without the opposite.
We couldn't enjoy the sunshine if we didn't also know the rain.
Without the bad days, we wouldn't have any good days.
The key to happiness is to accept life as it is.
And not just life, but you too.
Naked yoga is the way to get there.
The key is to accept yourself and life exactly as it is - with skin, hair, corners, edges, waves and wrinkles, ups and downs.
And this is exactly where naked yoga comes into play.
Because naked yoga means acceptance and stopping the constant striving for “more”, “different”, “perfect”.
It is the radical practice of self-acceptance.
You stand there - naked, vulnerable, honest - and powerful for that very reason.
You shed what restricts you: clothes, roles, expectations, self-doubt.
You begin to no longer optimize yourself, but to perceive yourself.
Your body as it is. Your breath, the way it flows. Your life as it is right now.
And it is precisely at this moment - when you no longer need to change anything - that happiness begins.
Not loud. Not shrill. But deep. Real. Still.
