The psoas muscle is an extremely important muscle for our health. In my video I show and explain the basics of this muscle and how you can train it with an advanced exercise.
How to reach your goals
To achieve your goals you need to internalize these three things:
Get active
Setting goals, wishing for something and internalizing it is all well and good. But the bottom line is, you need to actively pursue your goals.
Small is the new big
Achieving goals and succeeding is neither a big deal nor a big decision. Success is always the combination of many small things we do every day. So become a master of small decisions and actions! You don't have to worry about achieving your big goals. You just need to focus on doing the small everyday things, and then the big things will take care of themselves.
Repetition
Repetition is the mother of all skills.
Do you expect that once you go to the gym, you will have the perfect, lean and fit body? Do you think you can become a great athlete by working out just one or two days a week?
Setting goals is one thing, but if you want to achieve them, you have to actively practice and work on them over and over again.
And it's the same with yoga. It doesn't matter if you want to learn how to do the splits or meditate. Get active by repeating small steps - simple exercises - every day, over and over again. That way, after a while, you'll make incredible progress and achieve goals you never thought possible.
